where are we headed?

Our goal is to have a permanent location for Illuminated Letters as a sacred space. To accomplish that, we are exploring the formation of a foundation, perhaps called Threads of Connection. Having a foundation would allow us to raise support for a permanent installation.

Once installed, we are creating a vision for how many others can contribute to this movement of understanding our world through exploration of ancient roots.

We don’t agree on the interpretations, but we may have things that can benefit one another and make a transition to where we’re going in the future.

Part of this project would be to have individuals from all over the Jewish spectrum write about these roots as to how to live them out.

Their writings would appear on the same page with a central image of a panel.

It’s a call to action, especially for the those within the framework of Judaism, that we should be called together with the understanding that the thing that we can agree on is that the Torah is central for all of us.

We don’t agree on the interpretations, but we may have things that can benefit one another and make a transition to where we’re going in the future.

So in addition to a place to view Illustrated Letters, this could also be a place for people to have talks, lectures, agreements, disagreements, and to move forward, all within the context of a sacred space so that people come to understand it’s not about the disagreement, it’s about the agreement, to understand that we do have something to agree on – our commonality.
